Yamie F80 has same fixing bolt pattern as OMC 2 stroke 40hp?

Anyone can give a quick answer on that?

I will repower my Fjodling 17 (Jonson 40 2 stroke 1990 to Yamaha F80 2001) but it is Sunday and the F80 is in a workshop, I cannot check the fixing bracket and did not find any info on the Forum or web.

IF not the same fixing bolt pattern, I would use the weekend time to start sealing the original 2 stroke holes with fiberglass and epoxy.

Here in the states, all transom brackets meet BIA standards which use the same bolt pattern. Unknown if the European models are the same.

bolt pattern should be standardized.
