have a 90hp 4 stroke yamaha. 2008. tilt switches click solenoid both up n down. but no motor result from power piston til I tap pump piston or resevoir. What's up with that???

You should post this in the yamaha section of this forum. But for what it's worth it sounds like you got some stuck brushes in you t/t motor.
