Anybody??? Please help me I'm retarded and own rare gem that needs some polishing.

i just picked up a VIP 454 with yamaha sterndrive. Ive had other boats with merc and i was told this yamaha drive might not have an impeller, that it would a pump on the front of the motor. I suppose i should get you more info before telling you to check it out.
Good look on your project. sounds like were in the same "boat". :facepalm:

Raw water pump is located on port lower front of engine.
