Reviving this thread because I'm still having problems fouling the O2 sensor (dip tube completely clogs after maybe 15 hours of run time). Wondering if it might be linkage problem. Is it normal to have this much slop in the black arm in my last picture above when you disconnect the throttle from the linkage? Basically, if I disconnect the throttle linkage from the throttle plate that actuates the oil control rod (so that the idle set screw isn't holding the throttle open and messing up the measurement), then open and close the throttle manually a couple of times then let the black "link arm" just rest where it wants, I can then push it another 1/8 of an inch closer to the stop for the oil control rod. Should I push it to its limit, or let it rest where it wants before performing the adjustment? Is this slop normal? Thanks, and I hope everyone is still listening...
