Yamaha 25HP Age???

I have a Yamaha 25HP (25A) its serial number is 648 - 30828 it also has an 'L' and a lower case 'z' on the plate anyone know what year this is please? Thanks

Looking at my sheet your 25A 648 comes up as a 1971-72 model
