yamaha 250 not peeing

I recently had to come back to my tidal dock on mean low water, churning mud. the next day when I put the boat in the water on high water, the 2007 Yamaha 250 four stroke was not peeing water, I immediately shut it down. Could the water intake be clogged with mud? The water pump and impeller were replaces less than 50 hours ago.

very good chance that the (pee) tube is clogged, but you are still cooling, yamaha fourstrokes do show a ton of pressure on the pee tube,(i do not know why) two stokes tend to "pee" like a race horse, run a pipe cleaner, or a piece of #300 mono up the hole, if it was mud ,like my creek it will be ok, let us know
