Does anybody know the resistance on the stator for a 1990 yamaha 225 etxd Thanks

I could post it but we dont know what we are dealing with other than a 225 HP,electric start,25" made in 2005 or 1990.
does the model number have any prefix characters?

It's a 1990 225 etxd and I am having rpm problems I can get more than 3600 and the oil injection has been removed and not sure if its done correctly.

blue to black/red 69 ohms peak voltage 40v cranking.

brown to red 740 ohms peak voltage145.
