Yamaha 200 problems

I need help. I have a 2008 Yamaha 200hp outboard, first, the motor turn on and I will take me around 15 mins on idle before I can pass 1000 rpms when I tried to put gas the engine cuts off, this happened 2 times when I was going out, then same thing 15 mins on idle but after that I was only able to reach 35 rpms if I try to put more gas the engine will cuts off. Last week I tried to start the motor and it didn't start, I checked the filters and lines and nothing found. I did the 100 hours service at Bob Hewes and all this happened after the service.
I put gas on every carburetor and the engine started but cut off when used all the gas. I looked on the manual and didn't find any help, my friend told me that it can be the gas, I changed the gas and no results either. I was thinking if start when I put gas on the carburetors it might be something that is obstructing or not pumping the gas to the carburetors. Any suggestions where to start..

I would take it back to Bob Hewes and have them check it out if that is when it started.

or you can check fuel pressures to see if pumps are functioning
