yamaha 1990 130 hp to much fuel

hi when i run my 130 at idle fuel pumps from the bowl out of the emoultion tube it is wayyyyyyyyy to much fuel what could be cauising this?

not sure what an emoultion tube is but the only way fuel should come out of a carb is if the motor sucks it out.
your carbs needle and seat is not sealing off as it should.
Maybe trash in the seat or float problem
