Yamaha 150 gas problem

I have a 150 Yamaha 4-stroke that "runs out of gas" all the time. It sputters and stalls, like it has run out of gas, but I have a full tank. I pump up the primer bulb, and it runs fine again for several minutes, depending on the speed.

Any ideas?

Do you have a water/fuel seperator? Sounds like water in the fuel to me.
