Yamaha 130 mounting height

Getting ready to mount my 2001 yamaha 130 hp v4 onto my 1997 wellcraft 190 ccf. It has a stepped transom. Should I make the cavitation plate even with the very bottom of the keel? Or raise it 2 inches? Currently has a johnson 115 and two my eye the cavitation plate is 2 inches above the bottom of the boat. I don't know how it performed with the 115 I'm taking off of there so a little apprehensive to duplicate the mounting position. In the picture with the motor hood off you can see my transom design in the background.

Going to be installing a 2001 yamaha 130 hp 2 stroke 20 inch shaft on my 97 wellcraft 190ccf. If you zoom in on my picture you'll see the bottom of the transom is higher than the actual keel where the drain plug is. Do I make the cavitation plate even with the drain plug or even with the bottom...
