i have an 09 yamaha 115 4 stroke and so long story short my boat has been sitting for about 8 months, I cranked it last month at home with water and ran fine, took it to the Lake sunday amd it was acting sluggish and had a light tapping knock when wot, after running around the lake I was headed back and It started going slower and slower in wot, i looked back and it was smoking and it finally died, I started I back up and it was acting very sluggish and wouldn't go over 5mph and kept dying, I opened the cover and I had some oil coming out the breather. I trolled back to load back up and checked the pressure today #1 cylinder 150 psi, #2 115psi, #3 130psi, #4 110psi, I'm not sure what the pressure is supposed to be on each one, the water pump was working the whole time from what I could tell, but the oil coming out the air intake has me pointing towards the rings so not sure I need some input on this
thanks

Start it up on the hose and remove the oil cap. See how much blow by is coming out. When it gets too much on these engines it blows excessive oil out the breather and into the intake. Makes them run real crappy.
