yamaha 115 stalls

I have a 1995 yamaha 115 they is giving me trouble. when you try to get on step it just bogs and if you just tap the choke it gets up and runs. also idles rough sometimes and by pushing the choke it clears up. I have changed the fuel tanks, all the fuel lines to the motor and also i have put a carb kit on it. any ideas on what it could be. thanks for the help

This is exactly what seems to just started on my Twin 115 SWS. choke it a second and its all good.
