First the Packers go to and win the superbowl. Next, the Brewers are said to be pennant leaders coming into this year. Now the Badgers and Marquette are in the sweet sixteen. Somebody pinch me. It can not get much better to be a Wisconsinite!!

37*, freezing rain Tuesday, 3-5" of snow on Wednesday.


And.... The University of Wisconsin has won its fourth national women?s hockey title in six years.
The finished the season with a record of 37-2-2.

BTW mphy, after the last few years, I refuse to get excited about the brewers until AFTER the all star break. They seem like they just fall apart for the second half of the season. I'm glad that UKE is feeling better tho. I will definitely miss hearing him on the radio if he ever retires.

Yeah we still have some snow in parts of the state, but we have so much more!! Muskies, Walleyes, Trout of all kinds, Salmon, Northerns, Crappies, Gills, etc. Now do not get me started on our sports teams again.

The one thing we do not have yet is the flatlanders up here yet.

Seriously, even though it is cold for 5 months out of the year, it is still a great place to live.
