Hade a sausage making party at the house today. Not sure how big the bowl is, but my dad and uncle sure enjoyed holding it (Excuse the 1950's kitchen )<br />

Well all together we had 115lbs of meat for making sausage. 45lbs of venison and 70lbs of Pork.......<br /><br />We made<br />1. Breakfast sausage (brown sugar and maple syrup)<br />2. Polish sausage<br />3. Hungarians<br />4. Italians<br />5. Last but not least......BEER Brats.<br /><br />Here are a few mor pictures.<br /> <br />
