I am looking for all dimensions related to the front and back engine mounts to build a wooden engine stand to test the engine outside of the boat. Important to have clearance for oil pan, different heights of the front and back mounts from horizontal and need side to side. All dimensions based on hole center and bottom of mounts. It is mind blowing that you can not find this with simple google search. Been searching for over 2 hours.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... Don't have the dimension, but can tell you how I accomplished what you want to do,....

I bought a harbor fright furniture dolly, 'n 'bout 18"x 24", put a piece of 3/4" plywood centered on it, with a 6x6" block under each motor mount, with the flywheel cover sitting on the plywood,.....
After sinkin' a few deck screws into it to secure everything, I can push it around my shop, as well as running it with a garden hose, 'n jumper cables,....

I used a shipping crate and some bits of 2x4. you can see it in this video.

its sitting on the legs of the engine hoist which made it easy to lift the whole thing into the back of the truck

i have also ran boat motors sitting on an old tire on the ground. you can also run them hanging from the engine hoist

On mercurys website there are engine package dimensional drawings.

I used a pallet with 4 harbor freight casters on it. On the flywheel cover are two feet that the back will sit on you just need some 2 x6 on their side to build up for the side mounts.
see attched- its a 5.0 so the front mounts will be 4" farther forward than on a 4.3

Get a furniture dolly like bondo mentioned and some 2 x and make it when you get the engine in front of you
