I orginally posted a thread asking about a 1999 Evinrude 115 that wont stay running. I was able to have someone hook it up to a diagnostic computer and this is what it read. Codes 52 and 54 (fule injector open circuit). I checked all of the fuel injectors using the software and #2 and #4 are not doing anything while #1 and #3 both pulse.
I also test lighted the contacts to #2 and #4 while sending the commands to pulse and got nothing.
What I am being told is it is either the wiring harness or the ECM (Computer??).
Is there anything else that I should test or look at??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
