Wont Start up

I have 1989 Force 50 horsepower. It was running fine last year and now it wont start. I sent it to service and was told that the stator, switch box and ignition coil are bad. I ordered those parts to replace the older one. I replaced it and found that the flywheel's magnet are loose, not stick on the flywheel. I ordered another one. After carefully replacing those. Seems like it become worst, now the flywheel wont spin normally as the older one. What is the real problem?
