I just got back from the water with a friends new boat it hasnt been fully broken in yet.When he got the boat the owner said that the moter had only 5 hours on it,it is a 99 50 h.p. Johnson 2 cylinder he put the 50-1 in the tank and the oil in the reservoir to help with the break in, when we started the morning it ran ok but later on it started to smoke like a train and would not idel well or take off,checked the plugs they were oiley like it was not burning well,also checked the fuel filter it would not stay full but the primer bulb was solid,would new plugs and a new filter help to make run and idle. sorry for the long post but dont know what to try
