Wont plane out

Took boat out yesterday and when i took off the boat stood sraight up and wouldnt comedown.never had this problem before ried raising and lowering trim didnt help then raisedit way up and it helped any thoughts.

Took my car out and it wasn't running right. What could it be? How about some info so we know what's going on?
