Woke up with a black eye! (Picture)

I got up this morning and was doing my normal stuff in the bathroom, looked in the mirror, and I have a black eye. My left eye just in the corner, you could cover it with your thumb. First thing I did was ask my wife if she punched me in the night, but she denied it. Nothing in the eye itself, just the eylid. I dont have high blood preasure at all, I guess its just a broken blood vessel.<br /><br />Shoot, I cant even tell a bar story or anything, guess I could make something up.<br /><br />

Funny you should say that, I had a dream one time that I was fishing and set the hook, only to hit myself in the face.

Just after my wife (the first and only) and I got married (38 years ago), the furnished apartment we lived in only had twin beds (which we pushed together). After a few weeks, management got us a queen size bed. That first night, my DW turned over and with her left arm, wacked me upside the head. I'd never been hit by a female before that so it was more than a surprise.<br /><br />We still joke about it.

Oldest story in the book and a sad one at that. Wife wakes up in the middle of the night, a rogue hormone pissing her off, looks over and sees hubby snoring blissfully and can't stop herself from smacking him in the eye. Neither wife nor hubby remembers a thing.
