Wiring Question

I have an '01 26' Excalibur w/ 90hrs and I continue to pop the push-button fuse under the blower switch when ever I turn on more than 2 of the switches on the dash... The boat has a fuse block for all the electronics however when this little 5amp fuse pops, all of the electronics shut down. My guess is that the main power feeding the electronics leads to some kind of relay under the dash and this little fuse is only in line to the actual switches that control the electronics...?? Right? i don't think I have a short in any particular switch because the fuse pops with any combination of 3 being turned on... Additionally, I have a 12v plug that seems to be tied in somewhere that shuts down as well only it does not have a switch... i'm confused... i've had to reset the fuse more times than I can count... has it simple gotten weaker over time?
Suggestions?

Re: Wiring Question

Yeah, these manufacturer forums don't get much attention. All the help is in the top forums (Electronics, Engines forums)

Re: Wiring Question

This is not an Excaliber website but the diagram will specify fusing and circuits. All these boats have about the same wiring.

Google "stingray boats general faq", Once page opens scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "dc wiring".

I think you are going to find that there is a fuse or circuit breaker between the battery and the accessory distribution fuse block and should be between 30-50 amp.
