I have an oil sensor that I need to rewire and I am not 100% sure which wire is which. (Old connectors corroded off.) Yamaha 115 engine. The wire colors are: Red, Yellow, Black, Black-Yellow. Two connectors spliced to the black. I would assume that the red is positive, black is ground, and the other two are senders one for the oil level one for the oil pressure, not sure which. There is a part # 8728Y1 on it with no other markings; can't find it on google lens. Can you help? Thanks in advance!

Here is my guess blacks are both negatives and colors are from senders. Put a meter on the pairs and verify. Red and black pair 1. yellow and black/yellow pair 2. If they are bulbs it shouldn't matter direction. Leds would

Just guessing
