Hopefully almost there. Is the ignition feed on the starter? Heavy gauge yellow wire with red stripe?

No, that is the crank signal yo the S terminal.

You want to wire to the R terminal

Relay coil is not voltage direction sensitive.

Am I right that when wired correctly the fuel pump will operate when cranking and when there is oil pressure at the sensor?

Is the r terminal on the starter cranking?

I got a 4 inch pipe to install in the port then a t fitting on the end of that, gooped the threads with #3 and then installed the senders into the t.

Yes, The R terminal provides power during cranking

Then after cranking, the oil pressure switch provides power unless the motor dies and oil pressure goes away. Then it kills power to the fuel pump meeting the requirements for shutting off fuel

I currently run both ignition power and fuel pump off same relay. I wanted if ignition to die if I lost oil pressure

I didn't have any purple wire or any wire on one of the starter terminals. Is that normal?

The R terminal was used for points ignition. It's common with later motors to not have anything wired to it

Should I still wire the NC terminal to the R terminal on the starter if there are no wires there?

Do I wire something to the starter terminal with the yellow and red wire? That's the cranking wire?

yes. the R terminal is connected internally to the B terminal once you energize the S terminal

Ok. How does.the fuel pump operate on crank when there isn't a wire going to the yellow and red wire? Just for asking to try to understand.

your starter has 4 connections

B terminal goes to the battery. this is a high-current power supply connection to the stater.
the Ground connection via the block. this is a high-current power supply connection to the starter
the S terminal which is energized by the crank position of the key switch.
the R terminal or "Relay" terminal. this provides power to a system such as fuel pumps and ignitions during cranking

the yellow wire with red stripe energizes the starter solenoid with a fair amount of current via the pilot relay that is energized by the key switch.

when the solenoid pulls in, the contactor plate connects the B terminal (battery) to the motor windings, connects the B terminal to the R terminal to provide power for your relay to energize the fuel pump, or to provide power to points style ignition during cranking. the solenoid also throws in the bendix to engage with the starter ring gear on the flywheel of the motor
