That’s what Merc says to do in their shop manual!
Draining is most important but adding corrosion protection over the long haul is a great idea I’ve done it for close to 20 years

Which is probably why you told me that on the "other" forum last year lol. Like I said I know what I know from asking the same question in the past.

My boat came with the merc manual (2006) and it doesn't say anything about adding AF, only pulling the plugs and draining it.
