i have a 1990 bubble bee bass boat with busted winshield. it's only busted at the top so i thought i would drop down below the bust and cut it stright across. would make it look a lot better. ? is what do i cut it with don't wan't to bust it any more than it already is.i bought this to resell so it needs to look good

The easiest way is to take it off and use a band saw then sand paper to mooth the edges. It will need to be supported so as to keep vibration down to a minimum. If it starts bouncing on you during cutting that's when it can break.
