windshield frame powder coated

well i got to share ,i took my windshield off so i can get the boat painted . i took the whole frame apart and sanded down the ruff stuff then removed all plastic/rubber. then i had it powder coated to the tune of 380 dollars, it turned out real nice ... it is a urethane based powder with a special new marine clear coat. it looks way way cool .

any way, yea i had my windshield frame powder coated today . i took it off to paint the boat . i took the frame all apart then stripped off the rubber and plastic got rid of the old snaps ets , sanded the ruff parts . then had them sand blast and powder coat it with a urethane powder . they also used a new product that was a marine clear coat . it cost 380, total but looks real good . id suggest powder coat to make anything look pretty. the marine clear coat is cool looking too . yes the reson my post wasnt showing was because of a dollar sign.
