Link, you must have one of those houses like they have on the tv shows, no screens to keep the bugs out.

Plenty of fresh air here, just not in my bedroom.
Back gets so stiff I can't walk, if I sleep in the cold.

Anyone want some fresh air?
Have plenty, you are welcome to sleep in the boat shed.
But be forewarned, the cat water dish inside the insulated porch froze solid last night.

Not in the winter, We have a lot of shade with all the trees around us that keeps it cool in the summer, so can we can sleep with the slider or window opened most of the spring summer and fall. We do break down and run the air sometimes.

Roscoe I can relate, if I sleep in a really cold air conditioned room my back gives me hell.

windows closed. we have mutant needle shaped skeeters with big teeth that can go though a screen. where they hide those huge teeth is still a mystery but I can watch them come through the screen occasionally.
I have found its possible to turn the AC low enough to inhibit their flight plans :)

Pretty mild weather here... The bedrooms are on the second floor so the hot air tends to go up there. I leave the windows open a little and a recirculation fan in the hallway... it pulls fresh air from outside but stays warm. I sleep better with fresh air in the room.

Nope, and we don't lock our cars or our house either.

We have 5 police officers that patrol our little community of 500-600 fulltime residents and we really have no worries or crime here.

I'm jealous. Washington DC is so dangerous that I need an armed cat just to keep the place safe!
