Windlass wont release

Hey all, so I have a powered windlass which now is not getting power. I've taken the side covers off and there isn't anything to release it manually. Any thoughts?

When I was looking at them awhile ago I saw a video where the release was a allen on one of the capstains. I am sure there has to be a way to release

I’m not so sure froggy. My old boat had a windlass (powerwinch?) that powered in/ out only, no way to thread the rode without power. I gave it the heave ho and installed a proper windlass with free drop.
