Marina told me a $8 water tube guide was missing and was probably never installed when engine was built. When I was installing lower unit and turning unit to line up shaft I must of moved the water tube out of place. I was told i did everything else correct, so $500 bucks to find this out !!!! At least it works now. ps....Marina neglected to get shift shaft installed right(prop turned by hand in gear) so I had to return again. What a nightmare.
