Was hoping to seal up some of the new upholstery plywood with epoxy resin but the person doing the job w7as concerned that the staples would have a hard time going through the epoxy. anyone deal with this before?

And so will the water once the staples penetrate the epoxy, no easy way to get around that though.

And when an easy solution comes around, I'm all ears.....

It seems I always get covered with 5200 every time I pick the suff up, but it's about the best method there is.

Same here, works but I don't consider it an easy way. I always get more on me than the seat.
