Im taking a 140 h/p mercruiser out of a boat that has a cobra outdrive my boat has mercruiser outdrive will ther be any changes i have to make?

If your Mercruiser was also a 140, the long block will work. Everything else will have to change to Mercruiser to get it to fit.
