As long is its not a Promax engine it will fit. Both the standard 225 EFI's are the 3.0 liter engines. You may have to convert the 2000 model to the 2005 cooling design as some of the later models had extra hoses due to water flow updates. Make sure you use the latest metal reinforced base gasket(27-832933006).
