Will a 24’ pontoon fit a 22’ trailers?

I have a 24’ Weres pontoon with a 50 yamaha. I finally found a used Bear trailer but it only fits up to 22’ pontoons. It’s tandem axel and able to carry 4340 lbs. Anyone have any experience or insight if this would work?

Trailers are rated for weight and length. BOTH, not one or the other. You need to either get a 22' boat, or a 24' trailer. Simply put, it's a safety issue.

buying the wrong size trailer means something is not supported correctly and the load center is off, so the tongue weight would be off.
