why won't the flywheel turn over manually

I had my Johnson 2004 140 4 stroke motor running fine and peeing for about 5 minutes and then it just cut off. I cannot turn the flywheel manually at all. Any ideas what it could be?

Disaster. Seriously, something broke or came apart. Can't tell what it was from a distance.

How did the motor run for you last season ?-----Checked the oil level in gearcase?-----Oil level in the crankcase ?----How fast was it running when it quit ?----Make any noises ?

Does it move at all? Does the prop turn in neutral? As said above, "could be" the gearbox

Take the lower unit off and see if it turns.

Flywheel magnets ????----Screw loose under the flywheel ?
