In your area, I would hold out and find one off craigslist as the others are suggesting.
Trailers like that are not plentiful in my area so I bought a HF trailer on sale for $150, a 20' stick of steel for the tongue, couple of 2x4's for bunks, longer wiring harness, winch, quart of white Rustoleum paint, cobbled up a winch post and had a trailer for $250-300. This wasn't a bolt-together and I had to weld several areas, so..... (I could have bought the HF boat trailer, but it would have required work to make it right.)
For all the work required, it would have been cheaper and certainly a lot easier if I bought a used one.
