How do you run that while on the water - have a plug in on your boat? We have a Marg. machine as well, but no electricity on the boat or sand bar we prefer

There is a model that runs on a rechargeable battery. Or I suppose you just need an inverter to plug into, they are cheap at Target or Walmart...

We are going out to Lake Michigan (South Haven) on Sunday. We will be at my patents lake on saturday, but I think we will leave the boat at home. Forcast for Sunday.....Low 80's with waves calm to a foot!! YEAHHHH!!!!

Just found out there's an airshow and fireworks at Toronto Harbor this weekend...so it's officially decided..the big lake it is!

Going Sat night, no way am I gonna miss a trip, this will be the first really nice weekend we have had here in a while.

The last couple trips have been right after a big rain so it is really windy and the water is high.

And I have a new boat toy to play with Garmin GPSmap178c color fish finder/GPS AND it is is the home opener for the FIGHTIN IRISH, watch the first half of the game then bust to the ramp and listen to the last half fishing.

we usually get there @5:30 so you only have the jet fleas and traffic for a couple hours on the river then they go away but there is no way I would go to a lake.

Got a company boat 2 years ago on a local lake, what a mad house that was, I enjoy my river.

Everybody keep your head on a swivel and have a safe weekend.

Hey Shane, I am thinking of going to Egmont on Sunday. We are having a get together on Sat in Plant City for some fishing, BBQ and fire off some rounds. We have access to some land out there with some great fishing ponds. I might bring the go kart for the kids too.

Went to Egmont last weekend and it was not busy on the south end (by the pilot lookout). When we passed Beer Can it seemed kind of dead there too. The 40% chance of rain might have kept a lot of folks away, but the weather was great. I am sure this weekend will bring a lot more out.​

Hey that sounds like a good time. Egmont is never really that busy, well, maybe it is, but it's so big that you don't notice. I usually moor on the north end by the forts and stuff. The biggest crowd is when the ferry brings everyone over from Fort Desoto.

My plane lands at about 6:30 tonight, so then I get to install a new impeller and check some fuses, that way we can leave early tomorrow morning. We will be at Beer Can Island on Sunday, can't make the trip to Egmont two days in a row.
