Do you have to be the sole owner or can you be a partial owner?

I own a small piece (a very, very, very, very small piece) of the USS Enterprise as a United States taxpayer. She's the longest naval vessel in the world at 1123'.

You fellas know that anything over 18' is useless, just where do you think you can dock something that huge, not to many ports can accept it.


Since mine is at 18' do I get a charity port?
