White Smoke on First Start on Muffs

First start on muffs of the season. I was unavailable between the time of haul out and harbor shrinkwrap so had boat winterized by a mechanic prior to winter storage.

The starboard engine started up easily. I noted that there was more white smoke coming out of the exhaust. When I pulled the outdrives for impeller and shift cable work, I noted that there's just the exhaust tube that is open to the drive. Here's a video after engine was warmed up

Starboard drive smoke:

A few other pieces of info:
* hard to start after warmed up. Needed to give some gas. Unsure if this is normal
* Checking the oil after engine warm up showed level higher than the full line. I plan on doing an oil change once we are in the water. I think the last oil change was beginning of last season.

Is this a "normal" amount of smoke?

That's not smoke, it is steam / water vapor. What was the temp outside during startup. Cool and kind of humid ??? Then that is normal, especially with the exhaust tube on there.

Can see plenty of water coming out the exhaust ports.

Typically, "fogging" the engine is part of a winterization procedure. *If* it is smoke (but looks like steam in the video), it's probably just the fogging oil burning off.

Unless it still does it on a 70*, 'n low humidity day,......

Yup, perfectly normal on a day like that.

Have seen much worse and nothing was wrong.
