Nice. Love the term "Starmada". Do we have a secret handshake or anything? Wait, I know... tattoos.

Dude it's Google you need to be afraid of. They keep track of everything. There is no such thing as "cyber" tinfoil either.

That's crazy, he did a great job on the project but boy does it sit low in the water at the transom, even with the concrete in the bow.

No matter how many times I read that thread I am still thrown off by pouring concrete in the hull of a boat.

I wouldn't be suprised if that boat is close to the max weight with no passengers in it. Would you take that bad boy out on Saginaw Bay Jas? How about Lake Erie? Even your mullet couldn't keep it afloat when the waves kicked up a bit. Following seas would be a blast eh?

He was trying to make the boat "float" better apparently by adding weight. I am perplexed by this also.

If I ever use a ballast it is temporary ice, food, drinks, fuel, etc. Adding the weight permanently is no good in my book.

Glad we are in agreement there.:)

What I don't understand.... Why didn't he shove the fuel tank all the way forward? Less # on the stern, more # on the bow???? Probably the same weight as that block of concrete.
