I'm going to buy an alignment tool for my 1998 Volvo 5.0. I see them online everywhere from $40 to $140. What's the difference? What should I be looking for?

Generally speaking, they "should' be all fabricated to the same specs but some places out there like to tack on an additional $100 because its a marine product. I purchased a $30 one from Heartland Products off of Amazon and it works just fine for me. If you search the forums you'll find a thread discussing the specs if you want to build one yourself or use it to compare to one of the $40 ones you see online.

I also just bought mine from eBay (HeartlandProducts) with the gimbal bearing attachment.
