I have different engine oil at my home and I need to add a little into my engine. What a pity I forgot which was added into my engine last winter. Is quicksilver gear lube part no. 92-8m0078634 the same 92-8m0078635 and how about 92-8m0078636? somebody told me engine will get into trouble if different engine oil are mixed together. Is that true?

You've got a straight mineral oil and a syn blend. It really doesn't matter, after all the blend, is a BLEND.

Ayuh,..... The three bottles of oil in yer picture are all the same oil,......

My guess is, the different part numbers relate to the size of the bottles,.....

You never put gear oil in motors, gear oil is for drives,...

The second and the third are Blend, they should be the same. The first one is not blend. But I think we cannot mix the first and the second together because one is blend and other is not.

Not a problem to mix them in a non catalyst engine, as stated the blend is a blend of synthetic and conventional oil , so mixing blend and full synthetic will be a blend when combined . Use them all interchangeably

Comparing the Merc syn blend with the conventional there is actually more zinc in the syn blend than in the conventional. I saw this in my oil analyses.
