Where to find a boat inspector / Marine Surveyor

Were getting closer and closer to buying a (used) boat. We want to take all the precautions and as far as I know hiring a professional to give us a run-down is a good idea.
Anyone know where to find someone like this? I hear about them but cant seem to actually locate one.
Im in the Phoenix area....

You dont say what is your budget. Sometimes is not economically sound to get a surveyor. good luck...
