Where to buy spring tensioners for cable pulley steering?

This may be a dumb question for many of you, but I need two of the spring tensioners that attach to the splashwell for the cable/pulley steering on my '59 Aristocraft. I have been racking my brain trying to find them online and have come up dry so far. I can find all the pulleys, just not these. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My boat has them, they look just like the springs used on screen doors to help reduce the jerk to the chain if the wind catches them. Look at a hardware store.

They are a fairly common item- You can get them from most marine suppliers... IBoats.com sells 'em, too-
