Re: Where is Current(used) Boat market? 26-30'
Thanks again Guys and Gals..
Yes, I have no problem going out to see a boat..i just know that there are many many times when the pctures look much better than reality. ..then you've wasted at least a day or even two.. and your $$. I would still be open to looking anywhere.
I do need to get a quote for a East coast to west coast shipping quote, to know if that is even an option. Also have to look at what California's out of state registration would be.
I have to tell you guys, I really feel like a kid in a candy store, and I havent even set foot on a boat yet. My brother in law would always throw around the old adage...." The happiest two days of your life is when you buy the boat, ....and then when you sell it !" ha ha ha
Not true for me, .I was very sad when I sold my beloved 240DA.., but starting a family and a bigger house, I was only going out to wash her and feel sorry that no one was really enjoying her...plus I needed to get out of the boat/slip payment. Luckily I broke even on the price with that one.
Now as you said there seems to be a glut of 310 Sea Ray 's out here in California. They are expensive to slip and gas$$$ . So again, I'm liimited to 29 LOA...That should be fine for me right now, plus my kids are small and that should be plenty of space for them ..for now.
This should be fun..
