Where do I find a Johnson SeaHorse 4.5 manual, and what oil do I need to run it with?

The title basically says it all, I have an old outboard engine that's been sitting for quite a few years now that I would like to get running again for a bit of fun. Only problem is , I really don't know anything about this thing, all I've been able to find so far is that I should mix 50:1, but I don't know what to mix it with. My most pressing question is what oil to run in it , since i assume the standard stuff wouldn't be great for this. Surely I'll need to look up some more things later on so if anyone knows where to find a manual that would be much appreciated.
Model no. is J5BACSS , so it should be from 1980.

Any help , info, or pointers in the right direction are much appreciated, thanks in advance.

You need 50 parts gas to 1 part 2 stroke oil. You can buy the oil at walmart to west marine. Look up TC-W3 oil. You'll need to check/clean/replace any gas filters, water pump, lower gear case oil, plugs and old gas. That's just a start.

only legal place to get a good manual new is your local dealer or direct from the publisher. https://www.outboardbooks.com/

you can get used on ebay.

stay away from chilton, clymer, haynes, seloc, etc.

servicing small outboard is realy not complicated. Leroy's can provide you with the basics. if you have no internal mecanical issues the rest is oil mix, carb jobs, greasing where needed, refilling/checking gear oil etc...

btw recheck that mdl number and HP rating closely and confirm because it does not pull up at the parts site

should be J5RHCSS or J5RCSS . Perhpas this is an early Belgian model but either way yes its a 4.5. I would STRONGLY suggest doing the head gasket as well. probably never been done, and water deflecter in block while your at it or risk a leak down the road.
