While im not sure about this motor, they on the side or sides of the block and maybe on the head as well. they are round and very in size.

Just curious, what are you going to do with them when you find them?

First, turn off the caps lock. No reason to have it on, and it makes it a real pain to read your post.
As far as the freeze plugs go, read this thread.
http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=192525

For some reason, I am thinking you may be confusing freeze plugs with DRAIN plugs for draining the raw water side of your cooling system so it doesn't freeze.
You have both a closed and raw water system on your engine.
You better understand which is which, and you better make sure your antifreeze in the closed side is at a proper temp for winter.
The raw water side needs drained.
Go to the this link
http://www.volvo.com/volvopenta/glo...ice/publication_search/publication_search.htm
Then download an owners manual for your engine. It will explain how to winterize your engine.
