From looking over the literature on this system the main difference I see is simply that, the cap on the hub looks to have a better system to seal out water. Threaded cap with a rubber o ring seal. I've been using the same Lucas Marine grease which by the way, is a calcium sulfonate base not lithium as they say in the literature. The Lucas Red & Tacky is a lithium base. In any case over the years I've had this system when I grease the hubs the old grease comes out looking the same as the new, maybe a tiny bit darker but not milky. So let's hear how this system does.

They did a lot of work on sealing the rear seal as well. Installed SS wear sleeves on shaft. Rear seals are captive and covered with a sleeve as a first line of defense.
Ironically they use the same rear seal I’ve been using for years with the same wear sleeve.
The only thing they improved on for me was the sealing of the cap. Good for me as that’s always been my Achilles heal.
Solved the seal problem years ago.
Trailer roughly 6,000 miles a year. It’s either 120 or 200 miles round trip to fish. Run a good 30-35 trips a year
