Let me get this straight. <br /><br />We take the lead in fighting terrorism and we are bullys. <br /><br />We take the lead in environmental areas, but not to the extreme some believe so we are whining school children? <br /><br />Whining or not, the fact is that China and India are far larger polluters than the US.

You are wise beyond your wildest imagination! <br /><br />If other countries would follow out lead, we could all drive our SUVs without shame.<br /><br />Hey PW2, if ya get down on your knees and beg me, I just might put my catalitic converter back on my truck.. Second thought, nope not even!!!!!!!!!!!! Why, because when I go off road it starts fires and makes even more polution and burns up trees, and, Well, you know the rest.

Is there a downside??<br />If Global warming exists, each generation will slowly adjust to the rising water and warming temperatures, it won't all happen overnight. Some people will move North and develop presently undeveloped territory and make it inhabitable. Human metabolisms will adjust to a higher average temperature. Higher incidences of skin cancer will spur on a cure.<br /><br />Worry about the Chinese,Iranians and the ROP, don't sweat the small stuff!!

I could plant my corn and soybeans in early April instead of late April or early May. Could start fishing in early April as the water might warm to 63 degrees instead of well after tax day.
