Whats the difference between these two 90 hp models?

In 1998, Yamaha is listed as having B90TLRW, C90TLRW and 90TLRW models. All 90 hp, all have electric start and tilt/trim. There must be some significant differences between them because NADA lists three different retail prices for those models in 1989. The C model being the cheapest by about $400.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is?

B was an inshore model, C had no oil injection and the standard 90 had oil injection.
400 isnt much of a spread.
